Action Acres Paintball Park, located in Canby, Oregon, is one of the Northwest’s newest outdoor paintball fields. Located just 25 miles South of Portland and 25 miles North of Salem, it’s a quick drive from both metro areas.
Action Acres Paintball Park is a family oriented field that focuses on fun and safety offering both tournament style fields and 3 rec ball fields each offering a unique experience. Check out the video below for some footage from the castle field.

While Action Acres is obviously not a woodsball field, it is actually one of my favorite fields in Oregon. Their main “castle” field, as seen on the left side of the above image, offers up the opportunity to get some tactical play in. If you’re looking to practice close quarters, leapfrogging or other team oriented tactics, this is the field for you!
The staff at Action Acres is always friendly, and wants to make sure everyone is having a good time. Plus, they grill some pretty mean burgers that are always welcome after a long day of play. Next time you’re thinking of heading out for a paintball excursion, give Action Acres a try. Maybe we’ll get to shoot at each other!
